Whether you came to the orientation or not, join us afterwards for board games, puzzles, and a chance to connect with fellow grad students.

CSCGSA Annual General Meeting
Monday, Sept 29th @ 2:30pm (~1hr) in ECS 660
🍩Free donuts will be provided. This is your chance to share your input or get involved with the CSCGSA!
We will be hosting elections for the following positions:
President
VP
Treasurer
Event Coordinator
Communications Officer
Department Rep
GRC (GSS Council) Rep
These positions are important to allow us to receive funding, host events, and communicate with the department and faculty of graduate studies.
We will also discuss what types of events we are going to host this year and when as well as introduce a bylaw change to introduce the Communications officer position.
